Meet Our Doctors
Dr Natalie Peker
After two years of experience as a Registered Nurse, she entered a prestigious medical university in USSR and obtained her Medical Degree.
During her early years of work as a doctor, she was inspired & mentored by an endocrinologist, and 12 months later she entered the Endocrinology training program.
Due to sudden political unrest in her country, she made the decision to emigrate for sake of her two girls.
She received an offer to move to Australia and later obtained her permanent residency.
It was in Goulburn that Dr Peker started her medical career in Australia.
She feels very blessed to have worked with the caring people of Goulburn, and is delighted to be working with them again after working away for 3 years.
Dr Peker also has many interests outside of work. These include painting, singing, theatre, ballet, and most of all, her life-long passion for animals. She has adopted cats, dogs, a kangaroo, a fox, horses, a goat, a donkey and many other furry friends into her family. These animals live with her and her husband on their happy farm outside of Goulburn.
Dr. Perker will be introducing private billing for Non-pensioners and children over 16 years old.
Dr Arman Ahmadi Shooli
Dr Arman is from Shiraz. Shiraz is a city in South Central Iran, known for its literary history, many gardens, and its popular wines.
Dr Arman is a dedicated GP with many years of experience in healthcare in multicultural rural communities. He was the leading GP at Hormuz Island Integrated Health Complex, which provided healthcare services through on-site pathology, on-site radiology, emergency, maternity, and preventative sub clinics. The Health Complex enabled him to provide holistic medical services to his patients. Dr Arman also worked as part time Visiting Medical Officer at Omeleila Hospital where he provided medical services including managing emergencies. He has also provided service via Telehealth for the Barekat Health Company.
Dr Arman’s main field of interest includes:

Dr Larisa Sadaunichaya
Dr Larisa Sadaunichaya is a very experienced, highly motivated, passionate and well-liked doctor.
Dr Larisa Sadaunichaya began her career as a doctor in Belarus where she specialised in Respiratory Medicine for 12 years before moving to Australia in 2003. Following her move, she completed further studies to be recognised in the field of General Practice in Australia, which she has proudly been a part of for the last 16 years. During this time she spent 8 years working as a full-time GP in Culburra Beach, then a further 8 years as an after-hours doctor in the Illawarra region before joining our team earlier this year.
She prides herself in her dedication to providing a high standard of patient care and taking an interest in the patient as a whole. She is known for her understandable and concise communication and attention to detail. Her skills and experience have been a great asset to the patients in our medical practice.

Bulk billing
We provide bulk billing to all pensioners, HCC holders and all children.
For patients without Medicare, our fees are $75 for a standard consultation and $115 for a long consultation.
We are doing mixed billings for Dr. Perker. All pensioners, HCC holders and children under 16 will be bulk billed.
Where are we?
Located at 81 Goldsmith Street, we are near the corner of Cowper Street in Goulburn. We are one block away from the Goulburn Base Hospital.
Parking is easy, with plenty of street parking available out the front of the surgery. If you’re coming on public transport there are bus stops at the nearby hospital, and at the Goulburn Square shopping Centre further down the street.
We welcome patients from nearby Crookwell, Marulan, Gunning, Collector, Bowral, Towrang, Taralga, Tallong, Bungonia, and Gundaroo.

Walk-in Appointments
We accept walk-in appointments if urgent and will endeavour to give first availability.
Home and other Visits
Our doctors may offer home visits at their discretion to regular patients of this practice when their condition prevents them from attending the surgery.
Telehealth Appointments
Goldsmith Street Surgery offer Telehealth appointments only if:
- Need to see a doctor but can’t leave the house
- Been told to self-isolate and feeling sick
- Worried you have coronavirus
- Unwell with cold or flu-like symptoms
Communication/ Telephone Access
Doctors in this practice may be contacted during normal opening hours. If the doctor is with a patient, our highly trained reception or nursing staff will take a message, and advice you when it would be likely that your doctor will answer your query. In an emergency, your call will always be put through to a nurse or GP.
Care Outside Opening Hours
If you require medical attention outside our normal practice operating hours, please contact: Goulburn Base Hospital – 130 Godsmith St. (02) 48254000
Or present to the Emergency Department at 130 Goldsmith Street.
If you feel that your illness/injury is of a very serious nature, you should immediately call for an ambulance by phoning 000, or present to the local Hospital’s Accident and Emergency.
